4.7. The buyer must store, maintain, and take responsibility for the products in accordance with best practices in the wine and food industry. No changes may be made to the products or their packaging and none of the brands, labels, numbers or other means of identification may be changed, removed or manipulated, and the products may not be used commercially. When making a purchase, the buyer receives recommendations by email on how the purchased goods can be better stored and kept.

DIANA ZOVKIC (CHATEO HOME TASTING) is not responsible for any damage that may arise as a result of non-compliance with the recommendations and best practices for the products purchased.

5. The Price

5.1 The price is the one indicated in the order form. It is fixed and calculated accordingly, including all taxes, fees, packaging and all circumstances that could lead to an increase. This also includes all services, materials and accessories that are required to effectively meet the purchase conditions. Shipping costs are not inlcluded.

Shipping costs vary depending on the buyer’s country of origin and the weight of the shipment. These prices are given below for general shipments. From 1.5.2021 the following shipping costs apply:

Austria, Luxembourg, Italy: € 10,90
Spain, Portugal: € 4,90

The prices include VAT.

The shipment costs for special sales may vary and will always be indicated before finalizing the purchasing process.

5.2 The products offered in the “online shop” with their corresponding prices can be purchased as long as they are displayed on the website.

6. FORCE MAJEURE

6.1 In the event that DIANA ZOVKIC (CHATEO HOME TASTING) violates a clause of the contract or these general terms and conditions due to force majeure, she will be released from her obligations until the circumstances in question have ended.

9.5 The entire buying and selling process, such as the transmission of the buyer’s personal data, is carried out with a full guarantee of security and confidentiality using a secure server (type https: //).

10. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

This contract and all documents attached to it are governed by and construed according to Spanish law.
